With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lcol Timothy J. Quinn of Troy, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lcol leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Lcol may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father John D. Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Troy, IL; his mother Dora Quinn of Ashburn, VA; his children, Timothy Quinn and Angela Quinn of Edwardsville, IL; and his siblings, Carol Quinn Loulis of Ashburn, VA, John of Springfield, VA and Anthony of Dennis, MA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
