She is survived by: her children, Carrie Mackey (Amanda Schmitt) of Shiloh and Chris Philbrick of Troy; her grandchildren, Katelyn Mackey (Brett Carfagno) and Tyler Mackey; her great grandchild Lincoln Carfagno; and her siblings, Susan Kerns of Lexington, KY and Bob Smith (Carol) of Las Vegas, NV..
