With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Opolka of Troy, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Odell Wood and Robye Ray Wood. She is survived by: her husband George Lee Opolka; and her children, Debra Lynn, Karen Lee (Eric Hassenplug) and Gary Alan (Sonja Fleck). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
