He is survived by: his wife Barbara Blaylock; his children, Dan Westberry (Diann) of Highland, William Blaylock (Rae) of Elizabethtown, KY, Candace Reaves (Scott) of Aberdeen, NC, Alan Netemeyer of Highland, IL, Jennifer Phillips (James) of Belleville, IL, Amanda Griese (Mark) of O'Fallon, MO and Brittney Dixon (Aaron) of Germantown, IL; his daughter-in-law Alicia Uhring of Aviston, IL; his siblings, Cliff Blaylock of Knoxville, TN, Ronnie Blaylock (Roxann) of Bristol, VA and Phyllis Hood (Tom) of Colonial Beach, VA; and his brother-in-law Don Brinkley of Biloxi, MS. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
