He is survived by: his children, Rob Cook (Pat) of St. Louis, MO, John Cook (Terri) of Foley, AL, Ed Cook of Salisbury, NC, Bill Cook of Nashville, TN, Mary Cook of Nashville, TN and Sherry Ridenour (Charles) of St. Louis, MO; and his sister-in-law Betty Cook. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
