He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Troy, IL; his mother Dora Quinn of Ashburn, VA; his children, Timothy Quinn and Angela Quinn of Edwardsville, IL; and his siblings, Carol Quinn Loulis of Ashburn, VA, John of Springfield, VA and Anthony of Dennis, MA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
