She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Aylsworth; her children, Lori McCurdy (Rick) of Troy, IL, James Michael "Mike" Aylsworth of Troy, IL, Jay T. Aylsworth (Ruth) of Troy, IL and Jerald A. Aylsworth (Debra) of Maryville, IL; her grandchildren, Jeremy McCurdy (Erin), Joshua McCurdy, Jana Montgomery (Simon), Joseph Aylsworth, Jessica Aylsworth, Justin Aylsworth and Jaret Aylsworth (Makenna Schaefer); and her great grandchildren, Macy and Blair McCurdy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
