He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Evans and Barbara Martin Evans; and his brother Danny Evans. He is survived by : his children, Brandi Phillips of Whitehouse Forks, AL and Travis Evans of Arthur, IL; his grandchildren, Braelyn, Lanah Phillips and Shayleigh Evans; and his siblings, Tim Evans of Charleston, Frank Evans of Tuscola and Connie Rhimes of Ocala, FL.
