She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Mehl and Helen Russell Mehl; her husband Donald V. Czerwonka; and her siblings, Donald Mehl, David Mehl and Carol Koester.

She is survived by : her sons, Brian Czerwonka of Tuscola, Scott Czerwonka of Tuscola and Chris Czerwonka of Tuscola; her grandchildren, Wade Czerwonka (Ali), Whitney Czerwonka and Emily Czerwonka; her great grandchildren, Addison, Ava and Gia Czerwonka; and her siblings, Wendell Mehl of Olney and June McKenna (Tim) of Mattoon.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (600 E North Line Rd, Tuscola, IL 61953). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation.
