She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel N. Simpson and Mary Opal Roderick Simpson; her daughter Terrie Jane Eastin; her grandson R. J. Eastin; her brother Nelson Simpson; and her brother-in-law Russell Hutchison.
She is survived by: her sons, E. J. Eastin (Gina) of Tuscola and Dennis Eastin (Kathy) of Gretna, VA; her grandchildren, Dale and Callie; her siblings, Evelyn Hutchison of Villa Grove and Eugene Simpson (Pam) of Atwood; and her sister-in-law Nancy Simpson of Camargo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home (705 S Main St, Tuscola, IL 61953). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or to the donor's choice.
