It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti Lincoln Waters (Tuscola, Illinois), who passed away on April 19, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold T. Lincoln and Alliece Warren Lincoln. She is survived by: her spouse Dale "Corky" Waters; her children, Mike Waters (Cindy), Jean Waters (Floyd Kephart), John Waters and Phil Waters (Barb); her grandson Matthew D. Waters (Kelly); her children, Joshua Waters (Kim), Mackenzie Waters Steinbrueck (Kyle), Zachary Waters (Ann) and Katelynn Waters Edmonds (Jay); her brother Frank W. Lincoln (Marlene); and her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Reed (Brent), Andrew Lincoln, Kathryn Wood (Eric) and Hal Lincoln.
