She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Eugene Nicholson and Mary Marie McNemar; her sister Beverly Nicholson; and her husband Gary Dick. She is survived by: her children, Gil Houk (Teri), Bill Houk and Nancy Knowles (Chris); her grandchildren, Christina Watson, Tiffany Edenfield, Kaitlyn Jeffrey, Nathanial Knowles, Loni Yanez, Luke Knowles and Megan Knowles; and her great grandchildren, Annabella Yanez, Tallulah Fry and Lilo Knowles.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home (705 S Main St, Tuscola, IL 61953).
