Russell; his children, Bill Benner (Janice) of Newman and Tricia Willoughby (Casey) of Tuscola; his grandchildren, Andrea Benner, Will Benner, Reegan Willoughby and Zella Willoughby; and his siblings, Claude Benner (Gail) of Tuscola and Mary Meadows of Renton, WA..
