He is survived by: his parents, Emily Boltz and Tony De La Cruz; his stepfather Don Phelps; his siblings, Elisa Rodriguez, Alexis De La Cruz (Sal Cardenas) and Elijah De La Cruz; and his grandmother Cheryl Maly.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dieterle Memorial (1120 S Broadway, Montgomery, IL 60538).
