She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarus Richards and Belva Richards (Lingafelter); her spouse Cecil Shipley; her son Larry Shipley; her daughter-in-law Rose Shipley; and her siblings, Virginia Ashbaugh, Eleanor Rose, Wilbur Richards, Estello Lowe, Charlotte Marsh, Howard Richards and Nada Lou Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Shipley (Donna), Darrell Shipley, Phillip Shipley, Kandy Painter (David) and Lee Shipley (Jackie); and her grandchildren, Mysty Davis (Billy), Dustin Shipley, Regina McCalip (Patrick), Robert Levitt (Megan), Kurtis Cramer (Kimberly), Kendall Fogler, Kayla Ward, Kasondra Shipley, Clrissa Rodabaugh, Shannon Erhardt (Michelle) and Josh Erhardt. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
