It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Barger (Urbana, Illinois), who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rolland Barger; her parents, Marjorie Hughes and Marion Hughes; her siblings, Marion Hughes and Cherry Tadlock; and her sister-in-law Gayle Metzger.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Barger and Lisa Wells (Ronald); her grandchildren, Brian (Kelsey), Dylan and Melissa; her great grandchildren, Jade, Wesley and Everleigh; and her siblings, Carol Ritchey (Darrel), Thomas Hughes (Shirley Ann), Shirley Fouts, Michael Hughes, Marsha Hayes (Kenneth) and Iris Virden (Dennis).
A reception will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel (1900 Philo Rd, Urbana, IL 61802).
