She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Neathery and Evelyn L. Lillico Neathery; and her sister Karen. She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Yokley (Dave) of Deland, Clyde Neathery of Tolono, Gary Neathery (Nancy) of Lane, Max Neathery (Lori) of Deland and Tony Neathery (Liz) of Wisconsin.

Memorials are suggested to the Salvation Army or she requests that people donate blood to Carle Hospital in her memory.
