He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Lafond and Shirley Lafond Sr.; his grandson Maddox Owens; and his brother Mike Lafond. He is survived by: his wife Alice Lafond; his children, Colleen Lafond, Jim Owens (Liz), Angela Mancini (Jeremiah) and Matthew Owens (Christin); his grandchildren, Max Owens, Caleb Mancini, Danny Mancini, Hannah Mancini, Breezy Mancini and Parker Owens; his sibling Parker; his grandchild Morgan Wood; his siblings, Gerard Lafond Jr. (Lisa De Niscia), Mary Anheuser (John Hampton), Stephen Lafond (Vicki), Jean Benson (Steve) and Tommy Lafond (Jeanette); his sister-in-law Becky Darley (Karl); and his close friends, ArLynn Leiber Presser, Zeeb Feywood, Kathleen Jensen and Susan Minyard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as several great nieces and nephews.
