He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Denise Colwell (Billy Ray), Sabra Ross (Billy) and Mack O. Self; his grandchildren, Tony Scyrkels, Michelle McCoy and Heather Johnson; his siblings, Lucinda Collins and Jeff Burgin (Rhonda); his nieces, Kimberly Nigg (Roy) and Stacy Orcutt; and his sister-in-law Connie Loschen (Rod). He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
