He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Costa and Virginia Costa (Atchison). He is survived by: his children, Terry Costa, Sr., Tina Patton and Joshua Costa; his grandchildren, Tanya, Terry Jr., Linda, Johnny, Joey and Mike IV; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Tyler and Kailee.
