He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kozikowski and Helen Kozikowski. He is survived by: his siblings, Constance Kozikowski of Joliet, June Kozikowski of Edwards, Jane Klockenga (late Richard) of Edwards and Wayne Kozikowski (Elizabeth) of Grayslake; his nieces, Sally Higham (Burton) of Hawthorne Woods and Elizabeth Kozikowski of Libertyville; his nephew Joseph Kozikowski of Grayslake; his great-nieces, Lillian and Lucy; his great-nephew Tripp; and his extended family, Jessica, Malachi, Jedediah, Zander, Zebulon and Carol Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Morgan Memorial (1304 Regency Dr W, Savoy, IL 61874).
