He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Phillips and Lula Lang Phillips; and his wife Barbara Sperry. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Jacquneaux (Larry) of Urbana and Rand Phillips of Urbana. He is also survived by Two grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
