He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duane Grimes and Elsie Grimes (Cirksena); and his wife Elaine Osterhoff.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Owens Funeral Home (101 N Elm St, Champaign, IL 61820). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
