He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Bradshaw; his parents-in-law, Clifton Shoemaker and Bertha "Bert" Shoemaker; and his brother-in-law Allen Wallace. He is survived by: his mother Betty Bradshaw (Phillips); his wife Vickie Shoemaker; and his children, Ryan Bradshaw (Jen), Taylor McGinnis (Brian) and Blayne Wallace (Lauren).
