We announce the death of Bob Tappan of Utica, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2026, at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tappan and Barbara Tappan (Spence); and his son Justin Britt (Bubba). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Tappan of Utica and Josh Britt (Schmoe) of Utica; his siblings, Ronald Tappan of Mississippi and Beverly Tappan of Florida; and his pet Mayhem. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; nieces and nephews.
