He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Ritter and Bertha Ritter (Rowe) of Lowell; and his former wife Marge Ritter (Trede). He is survived by: his wife Bessie of Alamagordo, NM; his daughters, Sherry Acosta (Ron) of Fontana, CA, Susy Ritter of Oglesby and Andrea Walters of Lynchburg, TN; his grandchildren, Kyle Weatherly (Stephanie) and Kaity Teason (Chris); his great grandchild Charlotte; and his close friend John Urbino Jr. of Oglesby.
