He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomson and Helen Thomson (Lucas). He is survived by: his wife Laurel Lynn Roth (Laurie); his sons, John Thomson (Angela) of LaSalle and James Thomson (Beckie) of Tonica; his grandchildren, Katherine Thomson (Michael Leatherman) of Granville and Sgt. Zachary Thomson; his great grandchild Anthony Leatherman of Granville; and his sisters, Mary Jo Schmidt (Gary) of Strafford, MO. and Linda Zapf (Stan) of Spring, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
