Betty Joyce Emerick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2025, at the age of 90, Betty Joyce Emerick of Vandalia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Gladys V. Carman (Stone); her husband Noah Frank Emerick; her son Terry Emerick; her grandson Chris Carroll; and her siblings, Earl, Bill, Danny, George Carman, Barbara Turner, Louise Turner, Jean Tedrick, Gracie Wheeler and Shirley Kingston.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Emerick of Vandalia, IL and Pam LeDuc (Pete) of Vandalia, IL; her daughter-in-law Connie Emerick of Hillsboro, IL; her grandchildren, Greg LeDuc (Marsha), Amie Willenborg (Ben), Noah Emerick, Gabe Emerick and Elizabeth Carroll; and her sister Kay Snyder of Vandalia, IL.. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crown Point Church (966 N Carlyle Rd, Vandalia, IL 62471). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Crown Point Church and/or McInturff Cemetery Maintenance Fund.
