She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Farley and Erma Farley (Hill); and her brother-in-law Bill Kelly. She is survived by: her son Anthony Silva (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Sean, Lucy and Jack Silva; her sister Linda Kelly; her nephews, Marc Kelly (Michelle) and Scott Kelly (Jessica Stovall); and her great-nephew Andrew Kelly.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cathy's memory to the Effingham County Humane Society.
