She was predeceased by: her brother Terry Gray. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Eakin of Vandalia; her brother Ronnie Gray (Helen) of Decatur; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Harris of Dexter, MO, Darlene Gray of Crockett, TX, Janice Hopwood of Terre Haute, IN and Judith Baker of Mansfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Lutheran Church (727 W Gallatin St, Vandalia, IL 62471). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church (727 W Gallatin St, Vandalia, IL 62471).
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to St. James Lutheran Church or to SBL FCH Long Term Care.
