He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hart of Vandalia; his brother Randy Hart (Patti) of Troy, IL; his nieces, Christy Hart and Lisa Detmer (Justin); and his brothers-in-law, Jim Allgire (Jan) and Richard Allgire (Alice). He is also survived by nieces and nephew; and great nieces and nephew.
