It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grover Bennett of Vandalia, Illinois, born in Brownstown, Illinois, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Bennett and Nellscene Bennett (Willis); and his son-in-law Steve Carpenter. He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Bennett of Vandalia; his daughter Teresa Carpenter of Altamont; his granddaughter Katelyn (Cody Ennen) of Vandalia; and his great grandchild Koda Ennen of Vandalia.
