He is survived by: his children, Melissa Riggins of Greenville and Thomas Riggins of Wood River, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Scott Riggins, Makenzie Riggins, Alexis Williams, Johnathan Williams, Kaylee Massey, Carl Riggins and Caleb England. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, dear friends.
