He is survived by: his wife Sayona Perry of Vandalia, IL; his daughters, Aubrea Decloedt of Vandalia, IL and Ally Fitch (Mike) of Vandalia, IL; his grandchildren, Jasper, Collin Perry and Abigail Decloedt; his mother-in-law Jane Hall; and his aunts, Alta Lee Leininger, Kay Myers, Shirley Perry and Bev Horton.
Memorial donations may be made to the First Pentecostal Church Building Fund.
