She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin and Opal Irene Cearlock (Elder); her husbands, Hardie Shafer and Bud Siebert; her daughter Kelsie Jo Shafer; her daughter-in-law Jana Shafer; and her siblings, Dean, Gene, DeWayne, Robert "Bob" Cearlock, Dorris Cearlock and Kay Kistler.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Reeter, Hardie "Todd" Shafer and Wade Shafer; her sister Judy Dothager; her grandchildren, Lyndsay Doehring (Billy), Adam Shafer, Tessa Gaffner (Nathan), Alexa Reeter, Derrick, Sydni Bailey and Emma Bailey; her great grandchildren, Macy, Jaida, Aleigh, Zayden, Kynlea, Kaiden, Landen, Dawsyn, Lucas, Amelia, Liam, Waylen, Cameron, Dorrian and Adelynn; and her great great grandchildren, Dominic and Roamy. She is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
