She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Plowman and Mary "Evelyn" Plowman (Hoover). She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" Keagle of Vandalia; her sons, Brad Stokes (Allison) of Carlyle and Robert Stokes Sr. (Laura) of Belleville; her stepson Bill Keagle (Kathy) of Joliet; her grandchildren, David Stokes, Stephen Tiebel, Robert Stokes Jr., Veronica Stokes and Steven Stokes; and her great grandchildren, Kayda McNeeley, Wyatt McNeeley, Nora Stokes, Robert Stokes Jr., Isabella Stokes, Grayson Prince, Hunter Stokes and Ava Stokes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bond County Memorial V.F.W. Post # 1377 Ladies Auxiliary or to the Women of the Moose, Post #1447.
