He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Duke and Lola Belle Chappelear (Paine); his sister Marilyn Anne Morris; and his niece Meredith Morris-Shores. He is survived by: his brother Fred E. Chappelear (Mary Anne); and his nephews, Duke Chappelear, Bill Chappelear and John Morris.
