He is survived by: his wife Vicky Wheatley; and his children, Kelly Phillips (Donald) of Mulberry Grove, IL, G. R. Stine (Karen) of Vandalia, IL and Tammy Votrain (Scott) of O'Fallon, IL. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
