He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Hill and Shirley Hill (Grogan); and his brothers, Ron Hill, Steve Hill and Danny Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Hill of Vandalia; his children, Leanna Meyer (Jesse Wilkerson) of Keyesport, Jacob Becherer VI of Vandalia, Heath Henderson of O'Fallon and Stacy Meyer of Centralia; his siblings, Ken Hill (Carol), David Hill (Debbie), Pam Cox, Sherry Doyle (Bob) and Teresa Ellis (Brent); his grandchildren, Austin Meyer, Daniel Kuhlmann, Sierra Curtner (Josh), Lexi Meyer, Ava Watkins, Jack Watkins, Brenden Redwine, Declan Redwine, Bailey Wilkerson and John Wilkerson; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Sage, Leland and Kalene. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
