He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Rodney Barker; and his granddaughter Codie Nicole Barker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marshall of Vandalia; his children, Stephanie Orbits (Tim Conklin), Robert L. Marshall Jr. (Michelle) of Vandalia, Rachel Barker (Jory Nash) and Tiffany (Justin Siebert) of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Natasha Orbits, Abigale Horn, Christopher Golding, Chloe Marshall, Allie Barker, Alexander Barker, Trevor Barker, Kyli Sidwell, Zachary Marshall and Malerie Siebert. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; extended family and many friends.
