It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Brownell of Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald J. Brownell and Roberta J. Brownell (Englar); and his brother Sheldon. He is survived by: his daughter Jessicia Brannen (Jadi); his stepdaughter Amy Hanson of Petersburg, VA; his grandchildren, Keera Edland and Nathan Wiers (Autumn); his great grandchildren, Harper, Rosie, Toby and Millie; and his siblings, Sue, Steve and Sam.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
