He was predeceased by: his parents, Toler Lutz and Ethel Lutz (White); his wife Nancy J. Bourke; and his son Dale Albert Lutz, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Jacquelyn Hammer of Peoria, IL; his stepdaughters, Lisa Gresham of Washington, IL and Cynthia Stapleton of Mattoon, IL; and his siblings, Charles Lutz of Ipava, IL and Eleanor Willamee of Pekin, IL.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
