He is survived by: his children, Evonne Hilliard of Macomb, IL, Kevin Hilliard (Melissa) of Bardolph, IL, Kathy Shopshire (Tom) of Columbus, OH, Michelle Shaffer (Rodney) of Vermont, IL, Jennifer Kempf of Des Moines, IA and Tony Kempf of Fort Collins, CO.; and his siblings, Merv Hilliard (Carol), Sandra Wulf (Harold), Phyllis Kreps, Dennis Hilliard, Richard Hilliard and Buddy Whisenhunt. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
