He was predeceased by: his brother Don Fell. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Kathryn Fell of Davenport, FL, Michael Fell of Aurora, IL and David Fell (Jackie) of Aurora, IL; and his brother Bob Fell (Judy) of Rock Falls, IL..
