He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cassidy and Luann Cassidy (Ridenour). He is survived by: his daughters, Addie Quinn (Justin) of Beardstown, IL and Josie Cassidy (Adam Bauer) of Table Grove; his granddaughter Harper Quinn of Beardstown; and his siblings, Gerry Smith (Terry) of Macomb and Dan Cassidy (Kathy) of Table Grove.
Memorials may be made to the Vermont Fire and Rescue Squad or St. Jude Midwest Affiliate in Peoria, IL.
