Sidney H. Thomas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sidney H. Thomas of Vermont, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sidney may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sidney touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney M. Thomas and Esther L. Thomas (Anderson); and his brother Lowell Kent Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Michelle McDougal of New Braunfels, TX, Tracie Wyatt (Gary) of White Hall, IL, Cynthia Bowie of College Station, TX and Eric Thomas (Thelma) of Roan Mountain, TN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
