Wandalee R. Shields Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wandalee R. Shields of Vermont, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2017 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Strode and Delma Strode (Haney); her husband Ralph Willard Shields; and her siblings, Ilene Purdy, Wilma Worsdell, Eldon Strode, Dayton Strode and Donald Strode.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Bubb (Ed) of Quincy, IL; her grandchildren, Jeremy Bubb of Vermont and Carrie Bubb of Fulton, MO; her brothers, Max Strode (Shirley) of Bradford, IL and Bernard Strode (Janis) of Mexico, MO; and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Strode of Dunlap, IL..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vermont Fire and Rescue Squad.
