It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine M. Braus of Vernon Hills, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy and Sam; her brother Leon; her husband Philip; her sons, Sam (Terry), Billy (Renatta) and David; and her granddaughter Dani.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary and Sara (Tony); her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Bryce), Sam, Marty (Tori), Mallory, Ben (Sherry) and Linda (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Ryder and Miles.
