Gilbert Lande Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Lande of Vernon Hills, Illinois, who passed away on March 26, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Lande (Gertel); his stepchildren, Susan Auvinen (Lee) and Joselyn Knitter (Lee); his children, Sandy Bartolotti (Ken) and Loree Nardini (Lande); his grandchildren, Kevin Auvinen, Eric Auvinen (Naomi), Benjamin Knitter, Joshua Knitter (Morgan), Jaclyn Nardini and Layla Nardini; his brother Sherwin Lande (Andrea); and his close friend Ruth.
