She was predeceased by: her parents, David McCoy and Mona McCoy; her stepdaughter Doreen Kozak; and her brother-in-law Ray Anetsberger. She is survived by: her husband Russell; her stepgrandchildren, David (Marianne), Emma and Jenna Kozak; her stepson-in-law Mark Kozak; her sisters, Linda Pelletier (Rene) and Mary Jane Leonaitis (Timothy); and her sisters-in-law, Judy Nash, Cathy Edens (George) and Diane Anetsberger. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Sara's memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
